Creating effective training content requires more than knowing the right strategies. It takes the ability to turn that knowledge into practical, repeatable behaviors. It also means using modern tools—project‑management platforms, AI, development software, and engaging content‑creation tools—to build training that actually works.

The work samples here represent the kind of learning experiences I love to create—solutions that make complex information approachable, support real performance needs, and deliver meaningful results for learners and organizations. From technical training to multimedia development, these projects show my design process, creativity, and commitment to high‑quality learning.

Accessibility for Medical Professionals

Developed through AI, this training helps medical professionals understand their responsibilities when serving patients with disabilities. It covers accessibility expectations, office setup requirements, and the proper handling of forms and paperwork. 


This need for this training was determined when a medical professional struggled to complete documentation. An analysis was completed to determine what aspects medical professionals need to know in order to complete their respective tasks while working with those with disabilities. This training was created using Mindsmith AI, Canva, and Copilot.



    Accessibility for Management

    This training was created for leaders to support their employees with disabilities. It highlights the importance and prevalence of disability in the workplace and demonstrates practical ways to ensure work environments, tools, and processes are accessible for everyone.


    Created using Articulate Storyline, this training shows a clean aesthetic that could match many corporate designs with a quick change of the font and colors. 

      Credit Card Basics

      Created using Premier Pro and Synthesia AI, this video outlines key terms related to working with credit cards and includes a short quiz to reinforce the core concepts.
